RETURNS (But, why?)
We can’t imagine it, but if you wish to return your Blossom here’s how:
Refunds are allowed for products in their original condition and packaging only. If you are returning your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of delivery with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or on our contact page. Include your phone number, order number, the date of purchase and a note saying you wish to make a return. We will email you a shipping label and Return Authorization Number.
For any items purchased as year-end holiday gifts, the grace period for returns extends through January 31.
We ask that you pack the product(s) well and in the original packaging. We will confirm receipt here at Windfall along with the condition of the items. Additional details:
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
- Deductions from the refund include:
- 10% restocking fee.
- The value of any part of the returned product not in original condition.
- Cost of return shipping.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Inspect your Blossom packaging and products immediately when they arrive. If you find any part has been damaged in shipping, tell us and send photos within 48 hours of receipt. Send an email with photos of the damaged items and the packaging to email@example.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
We focus on producing a high-quality product for your long-term satisfaction. But to error is human and Blossoms are made by humans. Likely any material defect will be apparent within a few days of product use. If you find something amiss, send the details and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, phone number, order number and date of purchase so we can assess and address the issue for you quickly.
We offer a 90-day warranty on Blossom and accessories against manufacturing defects, applicable to the original owner beginning on the delivery date. The Warranty does not apply to any conditions arising from faulty assembly or installation, exposure to wet weather, misuse or expected wear.
